After 2 months following a radical prostatectomy I was incontinent to the point where it affected my active lifestyle. I sought out physiotherapy to help me with pelvic floor strengthening and bladder control. My urologist said that 6-12 months was the normal range to get past the incontinence. However after several sessions with Gowri and a regular exercise program over a 2 month period I am under control 99% of the time. Gowri handled the personal nature of the therapy with dignity and professionalism.

I like the one on one sessions with Gowri. She listens to my problems and addresses them to make improvements. She is friendly and easy going.
