COVID-19 Clinic Re-Opening Procedure
We are happy to announce the reopening of our clinic for in-person services on 27th May, 2020.
The safety of our clients and staff is of paramount importance. We are screening the clients coming into the clinic – see consent form and declaration.
You may be asked to wait outside until the physiotherapist is ready to see you. The physiotherapist only sees one client at a time.
We are cleaning and sanitizing the high touch areas (e.g. door knobs, faucet) after every client. We are also deep cleaning and sanitizing
the entire clinic 2– 3 times /day. On arrival at the clinic please wash your hands and wrists for 20 – 30 seconds with soap and water.
Please bring a clean facemask. A facemask will be provided if you do not have one.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

Gowri is amazing!! I was in very rough shape after my car accident. Movement in general was very painful. My shoulders were permanently sitting one higher than the other in standing and sitting positions. Luckily this is when I found Active Living Physio. Through various methods and exercises she now has me almost completely back to 100%. I cannot thank her enough.Elias T.

After 2 months following a radical prostatectomy, I was incontinent to the point where it affected my active lifestyle. I sought out physiotherapy to help me with pelvic floor strengthening and bladder control. My urologist said that 6-12 months was the normal range to get past the incontinence. However, after several sessions with Gowri and a regular exercise program over a 2 month period, I am under control 99% of the time. Gowri handled the personal nature of the therapy with dignity and professionalism.Peter
